Flora Bowley is an artist, author, teacher, and pioneering voice in the intuitive art movement whose work explores the intersection of creativity, personal growth, embodiment, and connection. For more than three decades, she has encouraged artists around the world to loosen their grip on perfection, trust their intuition, and approach creativity with curiosity and courage.

Known for her vibrant, layered paintings and her *Brave Intuitive Painting* approach, Flora is the author of four books, including Brave Intuitive Painting, Creative Revolution, Fresh Paint, and The Art of Aliveness. She is also the founder of FREE FLO, a global creative community centered on creativity as a practice for self-discovery, connection, and living more fully.

Flora was featured in Volume 19: Rhythm of The Turquoise Iris Journal in Creativity Belongs to All. Her feature reflects a philosophy at the heart of both her art and teaching: creativity is not reserved for professional artists or people who believe they are naturally talented. It is something available to everyone.

Flora’s work invites artists to move beyond creating a perfect finished piece and instead pay attention to the experience of creating itself. Through intuition, movement, experimentation, layers, color, and a willingness to follow the unexpected, her approach offers another way of thinking about what it means to live a creative life.
