If you purchase a past print volume, your order is typically mailed within 2–3 business days, while supplies last.

Current quarterly volumes are printed and shipped directly through our print partner. Because each issue is produced in scheduled print runs, please allow 4–6 weeks for your first print volume to arrive. You’ll receive immediate access to the digital edition as soon as your purchase is complete, so you can begin enjoying the Journal right away.

New subscriptions begin with the current quarterly volume, based on when your subscription is purchased.

The Turquoise Iris Journal is published four times each year—in January, April, July, and October. Subscribers who join during an active subscription window receive the current volume as their first issue. Once the next quarterly production begins, new subscriptions will start with the upcoming volume.

Past volume orders typically leave our studio within 2–3 business days. New subscription volumes are printed and shipped during scheduled quarterly production, so please allow 4–6 weeks for your first print issue to arrive. International deliveries may require additional time.

We take great care in preparing every journal for shipment and want every reader to receive their volume in excellent condition.

Because of the nature of our printing and fulfillment process, we aren’t able to guarantee replacements for damaged journals. However, if your order arrives with significant damage, please contact us at dionne@theturquoiseirisjournal.com. We’ll gladly review your situation and do our best to help.
